The Larishona Center for Women’s Leadership in Israel works to promote women into top decision-making positions ('No. 1' positions) at the highest levels of public leadership in Israel.
Through strategic partnerships with current and former women leaders, Larishona conducts targeted talent-scouting, training, group guidance, and mentorship for women in their final stage toward 'No. 1' positions.

Founder and CEO - Tamar Zeira
Tamar has founded the Larishona Center and initiated its flagship pilot program, Forum31, in collaboration with current women leaders, following in-depth research she led into their experiences as women in “No. 1” positions within Israel’s most challenging political arenas.
A graduate of the Mandel School for Educational Leadership, Tamar holds an MBA in Social Leadership and a BA in Psychology and Education, both of which she completed Summa Cum Laude.
With over a decade of experience in leadership development, Tamar was the Deputy Director of the Joint Council of Pre-Military Leadership Academies (Mechinot). A certified group facilitator, she is deeply committed to reshaping women’s leadership in Israel. At 40, she lives in Kibbutz Givat Haim with her partner and two daughters.
Tamar will conduct the activity with the support of a skilled team, bringing together diverse expertise to ensure its success.
